The Process
This is the process followed by us:
1. You provide us a brief for the tasks / projects to be done by us.
2. We create an understanding of the brief and send you the same.
3. We share the same platform of understanding with our paper on understanding of the project.
4. We agree to project scope via project contract that includes objective, milestones, schedules, payment terms, etc.
5. You pay us 20% advance to initiate the project.
6. We achieve the milestones and request you to release the funds as decided in the contract. Reports are sent to you on the defined frequency (daily, bi-weekly, weekly, etc)
The communication
We communicate through emails for sharing / transferring data and information relating to a project. Once the project is initiated, one of our team members is given the responsibility to maintain communication with you through online tools. We have our own chat server for instant messaging. You are given secured access to the same
